刚看了10分钟。一哥们通过狒狒的血来测量其承受的压力，发现狒狒群中阶级地位低下的狒们时不时被高级狒狒欺负一下，生活难以控制难以预测，因而压力荷尔蒙特别高。确实“控制”和“可预测”这两样东西不能保证, 才是真正的hard life。如果仅仅是事情多，却能有条理的做完，那是不算什么的。

看得有点晚了，于是关注重点成了年轻时的 Robert Sapolsky （好酷啊…尤其是他孩子在非洲提着睡着的大狒狒跟爸妈一起测量的那段，让人艳羡）。片里有段话说得特别好，这个社会倾向于崇拜那些身兼多职的工作狂，但宁静平和的人生才是更值得推崇的。
