Beneath a Neon Tide

Beneath a Neon Tide is the story of a troubled young man, Andy whose life is following a self destructive pattern which shows no sign of ending. When tragedy strikes, Andy's parents are forced to act and send him to live with his loving uncle David in rural Norfolk.
