Saint Nicholas is a former bourgeois neighborhood in Athens. Loukianos, a young man coming from the bourgoisie, hires Andy, his Albanian neighbor and an astute connoisseur of the area, to rebuild his basement apartment. The renovation works become an endless game that eventually brings them closer. Over time, they start sharing an odd complicity.
