和第一季一样，非常老派的美国科幻小说之感——鲜明而简单的一个点子撑起一个短故事，往往能猜到结局。最后一集把前面的故事都解释成虚拟现实中的虚拟现实，这样点子总数就比故事总数多了一 —— 这个点子中的点子仍然维持了这种浅白的风格
