本季一大特点是凶杀动机和叙事主线没啥关系，林间小屋没有鬼故事，女权村谋杀是因为N年前的狸猫换太子，唱诗班死人是因为伪造艺术品，最后一集庭审抓凶比较有新意。新来的警长Jones稳重可靠，和Scott完全两类人，还是个澡堂子歌手，这个设定笑死了。
